Bhilar's flagship single-vineyard Rioja: a tiny plot of centenarian bush vines on steep, pure limestone, worked by horse. Foot-trodden, partly whole-bunch and aged up to two years in new French oak — cherry and violet, dried herbs, graphite-fine tannin and remarkable length. Around a thousand bottles a year. Certified organic and biodynamic.
