Élodie Jaume is the first woman in five generations to run her family's estate on the edge of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and is rewriting the southern Rhône with biodynamic farming, concrete ageing and very little sulphur. Her Coudoulet white is Grenache Blanc and Clairette from vineyards next door to Châteauneuf: textured, mineral and gently herbal.
