A half bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Jaume family's Domaine des Chanssaud, made by Élodie before she renamed the estate after herself. Grenache-led with a little Mourvèdre and Syrah: dark fruit, sweet spice and garrigue herbs, now with a few years of age on it. A treat for one or two.
