Two Sicilian natives, Frappato and Nerello Mascalese, from the hills around Salemi in the Marsala hinterland. Organic, part aged in barrique and part in steel. Fresh red cherry, a twist of spice and a mineral edge. Light enough to chill and good with both meat and fish.
