White·Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria)·Terre Siciliane IGP, Italy
A dry Sicilian white from aromatic Zibibbo, briefly cold-macerated on its skins before pressing to lift the aromatics. Brilliant pale straw, with ripe apricot, almond and orange blossom on the nose, a soft palate and a long, persistent finish. Dry, despite the grape's sweeter reputation.
