Aurore Sparkling Tea NV

Not a wine — but a brilliant one for non-drinkers. Made in Provence by Myrko Tépus and Nicolas de Groot on the same philosophy as their wines: organic ingredients, careful fermentation, no added sulphites or finings. Organic Sencha green tea and pomelo, with a distillate of Damask rose and Rose de Grasse and organic hibiscus flowers. Rose-hued, with hibiscus and wild meadow grass over a fine, delicate fizz. 0.0% ABV.
