Staffelter Hof traces its roots to 862 AD, making it one of the oldest wineries in the world. Today Jan Matthias Klein farms organically and makes some of the Mosel's most adventurous wines. This is his traditional-method Sekt from the 2020 vintage: dry, with fine bubbles and the bright acidity of the Mosel.
