The Pannell family's high-altitude Adelaide Hills vineyard, which survived a bushfire days after they bought it in 2019. Aromatico blends Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc in a dry, Northern Italian style. Lychee, rosewater, ginger and mandarin with crisp, refreshing acidity. Made for spicy food: Thai, curries, dumplings.
