Tiago Sampaio's skin-contact white from 35-year-old Moscatel Galego vines high in the Douro, on schist and granite. Left on the skins for months, wild-fermented in concrete and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aromatic and floral like Muscat, but with orange-wine grip and a savoury, mineral edge. Fresh and great with food.
