White·Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac·Languedoc, France

A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac from Etienne Fort's vines at Bouriège, up at 450m on clay-limestone in the hills of Limoux. Fresh and lively, with orchard fruit, citrus zest and a clean, dry finish. Stainless steel, very low sulphur. Great with seafood.
