The only vineyard in Corsica's mountainous interior, run by Jean-Marc and Manu Venturi. Vermentinu from old vines on blue schist, wild-fermented and aged on its lees. Pear, lemon zest and white flowers with a herbal, salty mineral finish. Brilliant with seafood.
