The white in the Serin family's Oscar trio, made from Terret Bourret — an old Hérault variety that has become genuinely rare. Mint and white flowers on the nose, then a fresh, racy palate full of white orchard fruit and a clean, saline finish. Certified organic. Lovely as an aperitif or with seafood.
