A rare white from the Southern Rhône village of Cairanne. Hand-picked, fermented and aged six months in 300-400 litre barrels chosen for texture rather than oaky flavour. Pear, citrus and flowers with a gentle spicy, smoky edge, plump and mineral. Lovely with roast chicken.
