A sparkling rosé from the Fleuriet brothers, whose organic and biodynamic vineyards sit on the steep slopes of Sancerre. Pinot Noir bottled mid-ferment in the ancestral method, giving gentle natural bubbles, red berries and that chalky Sancerre freshness. A proper aperitif.
