A dry white from Aligoté grown on sandy-loam soils in Dobrogea, near the Danube Delta. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and rested on its lees over winter — no oak, no skin contact. Floral and citrussy, fresh and lightly mineral. Certified organic.
