Clos des Fous ('the madmen') was founded by terroir obsessive Pedro Parra and friends to prove Chile can do more than industrial reds. Old dry-farmed bush vines on granite in Itata, Cinsault-led with a little País and others, made in concrete. Bright red cherry, wild raspberry and a peppery, herby edge. Light enough to chill.
