Xarel·lo from dry-farmed, hand-picked Penedès parcels, made by the still-wine arm of Recaredo. Orchard apple, fennel and a chalky, faintly waxy grip — the grape taken seriously on its own rather than buried in a cava blend. Organic and minimally handled; it may throw a light natural sediment.
