A skin-contact white from Casa Balaguer: Moscatel from the salt flats at Torrevieja blended with Malvasía from Villena, fermented on its skins for a full 30 days. Golden-orange in the glass, with orange peel, medlar, white flowers and a gently grippy, mineral finish. A very friendly way in to skin-contact wine. Certified organic (CAECV) and biodynamic (Demeter).
