Two Georgian native grapes: Rkatsiteli fermented in clay qvevri and Kisi in steel, then rested on the lees in old oak. Ripe pear, baked apple, honeycomb and toasted almond with a wild-herb lift. A textured, characterful white for anyone curious about Georgia without diving straight into amber wine.
