Vasco Croft's ancestral-method rosé from the Lima valley — Vinhão and Alvarelhão, a single fermentation, no added yeast and no added sugar. Deep pink, brisk and savoury, with wild raspberry and a herbal Atlantic bite rather than any sweetness. Unfiltered and unstabilised, so expect a little sediment and plenty of personality.
