Altos Las Hormigas are Argentina's Malbec specialists, but this is their love letter to Bonarda, the country's other great red grape. Certified organic, fermented in steel and kept in concrete with no oak, so it's all juicy dark cherry, plum and pink peppercorn with soft tannins. They think of it as their Beaujolais: a proper trattoria red for pizza and pasta.
